Today your child will be bringing home their first formal report card of the year. Teachers always do a great job in explaining to their class that a report card is a summary of the learning that each child has shown in the subjects taught to this point in time. As has been indicated throughout the year, our intermediate report cards have changed to become aligned with the rest of the district. We will no longer be assigning letter grades, but have moved to a proficiency scale. This new scale is as shown below.
