It has come to our attention that some families are having difficulty receiving emails from the school and from teachers. This is an issue with parents using hotmail and less frequently gmail accounts. When we send out large number of emails at once, such as for conferences or performances, these providers software sees the emails as a spam attack and block the emails form getting through. We are unable to change this. The best thing to do is to provide the school with an email address from a direct telecom provider such as Telus or Shaw.
